· Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We do not process returns due to personal preferences, incorrect selection, or change of mind.
· Items must be shipped back to the return address provided via email in the original packaging (if available).
Important Notes:
· Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we fail to meet our Express or Next-Day delivery guarantees. In such cases, the shipping cost will be refunded.
· Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
· Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days once the returned item has been inspected.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. To request an exchange, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Process:
1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available).
2. Ship it back to us using the return address provided in your email.

Bulk Orders:
For bulk orders, exchanges are only applicable to damaged items. We will replace only the affected units, not the entire order.
Non-Returnable Items
